I've been writing code professionally since 2013, and I'm more interested in it now than I was at the start. That's probably the most honest thing I can put on this page. I lead an engineering team in Geneva, but I still spend real time in my own editor — I don't think you can lead the work if you stop doing the work.

The web is still where I live day to day — React, Next.js, TypeScript — but I've been moving deeper into systems alongside it. Rust has my attention at the moment, along with everything you learn when you stop letting the runtime do your thinking for you. I don't chase hype, but I do chase depth.

If you're reading this because you're thinking about working with me: I'm warm, direct, and hard to bullshit. I explain my reasoning. I listen to yours. I'd rather rewrite something on a Friday than ship it wrong on a Monday.
